Being so close to Beal school was excellent for the kids as they got to have a bit of a lay in before getting ready to go to school. You also have the 123 & 179 bus routes that stop around the corner and take you directly to Gants Hill station to easily grab the central line into town.
Having so much open space makes entertaining so much easier and with the lengthy garden you can also host a lovely BBQ in the summer. We viewed many properties before this one but none quite compared to the size of the hallway, reception areas and bedrooms. We are confident many people will fall in love with the property and area and enjoy the company of the great neighbors who live on the road.
